An intimate room that is named after the Cham ethnic group of Vietnam who are known for their tile craft.
Thi has always been fascinated by the diversity of Cham cuisine, which has a complex history and palate influenced by Hindu roots that later saw a conversion to Islam and subsequent assimilation into a Confucian and Buddhist Vietnamese society.
