A mid-week treat: Book in for a Wednesday or Thursday evening

People you know: For a group of up to eight or it might just be two of you!

Market’s best ingredients: A rotating menu based on the day’s produce

A private master class: From 6pm to around 9pm - eat, drink, experience and ask questions or just have a chat

Wine and Dine: A multi-course dinner traversing the nuances of Vietnamese cuisine cooked over wood-fire, and accompanying beverages.

Coeliacs can be catered for easily. Due to the nature of the cuisine, shellfish allergies cannot be accommodated.
